1.Agreement

By accessing or using zarakids.in, registering, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2.Services Provided

We act as a platform connecting children/parents with casting & modelling opportunities into our own production house as well as outside production houses . We do not guarantee that your child will be selected for every audition or project.

3.Fees & Payments

- Any fees (for shoots, training , grooming) will be clearly communicated and agreed in writing beforehand.  

- You will never be asked for large “registration” fees without clear explanation .

- Payment for services or projects, if required, will follow terms in written MOUs

4.Rights & Content

- You grant us permission to use photos/videos submitted (for auditions) under mutually agreed terms.  

- You retain ownership of your child’s images; we only use them per agreement.  

5.User Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times  

- Ensure child participants attend auditions/shoots safely  

- Obtain parental consent for all child participation
